I worked with Karen at Aegis through 2007 and had a chance to spend many good times with her and Alan. One particular great memory is of a bunch of us going to Jazz Fest in New Orleans. We were on any early, early flight and Karen started singing "Leaving On A Jet Plane" as we took off. What a fun day we had! Alan was always the consummate gentleman and I enjoyed knowing him. We had many great conversations about sailing and I've always aspired to be the sailor he was. Sail on, Alan - I"ll look forward to seeing you again as we sail through eternity.

Alan, We became family in 2011 and you made me feel like we had been family for many, many years. Your love for God, your wife, your children, your family & for your friends has been a true blessing to witness. You have inspired me to commit to becoming a better person and your impact on my husband has been a blessing from God delivered by you. I look forward to spending eternity with you. All my love!!!! ~Stacy
